Drummer…? Nate!

November 9th, 2005

Hey folks, So the rumors (which may or may not exist) are true… We have a new drummer: Nate Mondschein, from ARHS. We’re practicing regularly and will be back out playing shows in December.

Thanks ya’ll for stickin with us and to everybody whose bought / attempted to buy a CD. Please if your interested and have not acted check it out, the art looks great and we’ve been getting a real wholesome response to the whole thing. With a ginormous debt such as our own, every CD sold counts. With any luck we’ll almost break even…!

Best, Blue Vagrants

Important News

October 26th, 2005

The band has decided to part ways with longtime drummer and co-founder Mikey Scofield. This decision was not made lightly and reflects longstanding differences, which have grown more apparent in recent months.

We have no ill feelings towards Mikey; we simply feel this is what’s best for everyone. Blue Vagrants is in no way broken up and while things will be different without Mikey, we plan to continue what we set out to do by continuing to book new shows, promoting our upcoming album (“Make it Last”, which will be available November 3rd), and by maintaining our regular rehearsal schedule.

Blue Vagrants is currently in the process of auditioning new drummers. If you are interested please email us at info@bluevagrants.com or call us at (413)-687-4882.

We would like to thank Mikey for all the hard work and dedication he has put into Blue Vagrants. We wish him the best and will miss him. Thank you everyone for all your continued support and we’ll keep you updated to new developments as they arise.
